Mt. Bachelor Adult Passes Still Just $699, Young Adult, Senior Pass Prices Reduced
Bend, Ore. - August 24, 2004 - From Wednesday, September 1 through September 30, 2004 the lowest priced Mt. Bachelor Alpine and Nordic season passes are available for purchase online at www.mtbachelor.com. Full Season Passes for adults will cost just $699, youth $149 and teens $229. Season Passes for young adults (19-23) and seniors (65-69) were reduced more than $75 to only $499. Children five years or younger and adults 70 years or older receive free passes with a $60 processing fee. A family of four can purchase a family pass for just $1578. Discounted Midweek and 10-Day passes with no holiday blackout periods are also available online during the month of September.
Low priced Nordic Season Passes online during the month of September are just $245 for adults, $80 for youth, $105 for teens and $175 for seniors (65-69). Children five years or younger and adults 70 years or older receive free Nordic passes with a $60 processing fee. According to Mountain Spokesman Chris Johnston the discounted prices are made even better by pass holder benefits such as on-mountain discounts and half-price golf.
"Pass holders receive 20% off on tune-ups, rentals and tubing tickets, 10% off midweek/non-holiday daycare, espressos and smoothies in Pinnacles, meals in Skiers Palate, and logo items in Bachelor Ski & Sport shops." Johnston said. "Our pass holders also receive reciprocal tickets from Alpine Meadows!"
During the month of September Super Shuttle Passes are also discounted to $100 from the regular season price of $150.
Johnston said daily tickets will remain affordable, too. "Some resorts in North America will be selling daily tickets for $75-$80 this season. Our adult daily tickets are only $46, $49 during the holidays." Daily tickets for youth will be $28/$30, teen and senior tickets $39/$41. On the Nordic Trails daily tickets will be $13/$14 for adults, $6/$7 for youth and $8/$9 for seniors.
"Mt. Bachelor is one of the biggest resorts, gets some of the deepest, best snow and has the best lift system in North America," Johnston said. Yet it's still affordable to ski and snowboard here." Johnston added, "This season we're making it even more affordable with season equipment rental packages. Ski and snowboard packages are just $149 for adults, $99 for juniors for the whole season."
